Re: What is a cult
Dame Sue Bagshaw gave a short address at the DeCult conference. I have transcribed some of the talk. As someone born into a cult I struggle understanding why would someone join. Its well documented the different challenges people who join vs people who are born in face once they leave. Learning abou...

Re: Undeniable High-Control / Cultish behaviors
This is the 2025 program announced at MCF last Sunday. I am not sure when families would spend any time together, or how anyone would be able to have a hobby, or attend any social events and meet with friends, or even when students would study. the demand and control on members time, including child...

same beast different day.
I have been listening to stories coming out of Gloria Vale in NZ. Its honestly like these cult leaders go to some event which teaches them how to run a cult. It was the exact same as BCF just different detail.

Re: End of the world
I am recording the sermons and pulling out quotes from the leaders of things of significance. I can remember the brain washing and it can be very difficult to actually catch what is being said. But when you step away and look at it critically its very plain what is being said. David Baker will be th...

Re: Who are the Maurice and Thompson Family

He is a trade qualified electrician. Jonathan's wife is the sister of David Bakers wife. So where does that pl...

prayer for a friend
When my best friend in the CF left I played this song over and over. I was devastated. By this point in my journey this was the third close relationship I had lost. I was told very clearly that I was not to have any further contact with this person. I defied Tim Maurice and stayed in contact with th...

Re: Christmas 2024
There is no easy answer to this question. Recently my son asked about his Nan and Pop. I didn't lie but had to tell him I wasn't sure when we would see them. I sat on it for a couple of days and decided to put the invitation for them to come to the beach with us one Saturday. My message simply said....

Re: Does Vic meet the definition of the Antichrist?
Vic has an acid tounge but that's about all the power he weilds. I'd be more worried about the mad men in the world who have an army and nuclear bombs at their disposal. My personal opinion is the Antichrist is not a singular person rather systems/people actively working against the message of jesus...
