reclaiming what was lost
Friends, I am wondering if there are others who would like to share about their experiences with music. For most of us learning an instrument was compulsory, this was not a choice but rather the elders 'naming' us. I was formally taught piano and later taught myself the guitar. Over time I came to l...

Re: What is happening in the Adelaide Fellowship? (Westlakes Christian Fellowship)
Hi, I noticed a big shake up with all the websites a number of years ago. I can only speculate about this but I feel that the wider CF network may have been getting a lot of unwanted attention due to society backlash against religious conservatism. Vic probably shut down anything that he thought was...

Re: STUDY BOOK: "THE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP ANSWERED FROM SCRIPTURE"
Thankyou Brendon, I appreciate the time and energy you have put into this document. I hope that it can help those in need as they exit. I had to sit through the steps of Salvation Series it was the last block of teaching before I exited. I took great pleasure in lighting a match and watching those b...

Sonseekers
Dear Friends, I want to share my experience of being indoctrinated from birth. Since becoming a parent myself I carry a great sadness for the innocent children who have to go through the Sonseeker program. Sonseeker is the CF version of Sunday School which is a curriculum Vic has written with his tw...

Re: False prophecies
Hi Dexter, At this point in my exit I had already been publicly humiliated. The leaders had made me out to 'crazy'. So publicly they said nothing to me it was flat out ignored. Behind closed doors I believe they were saying this about me Romans 11:8 as it is written: “God gave them a spirit of stupo...

Re: Vic Hall thinks he is the modern Apostle Paul
I very much think Tim Will try to assert himself as the next leader once Vic goes. He'll either try for the top job or break the NSW branch off slowly and start a breakaway. Yeap when you actually pair back the message it hasn't changed the only thing they change is how much Jargon they can cram int...

Re: Vic Hall thinks he is the modern Apostle Paul
Hi Seeker, I wanted to share this as a humorous response to some of the lunacy of Vic's Delusion. One of my final comments to the leader (Tim Maurice who thinks himself a very intelligent man) were this. "You blindly follow a man who thinks that he is Jesus, there is a medical term for such a p...

Re: Dared to Doubt
Hi Hope, I was born into Christian Fellowship, I was a blank slate that the elders started indoctrinating before I was born. My experience differs from someone forced to join such as a child of a parent who willingly joins and also different again from the person who was deceived into the web of lie...

Re: Testimonials and Reviews
reading through all the experiences shared here highlights the gas lighting. Obviously Vic thinks his word is gospel but all his minions think they also are all correct and are often in dispute over who is more right. I remember when the leaders were arguing whether I was 'planted' in Newcastle or S...

Re: Leaving BCF or any associated Fellowship group
Hi Dexter you are probably right, as we know 'mental health isn't a thing' in CF so everyone uses alcohol is used to self medicate. This would be consistent with the wider population. Its really sad that the leader was so abusive and they knew what they were doing. To use their words 'wicked'.
